Very brief plug of a Book written by a personal Hero of mine, Father Gregory Boyle, S.J. "G-Dog," as he is known to some of the young men and women he works with, runs the largest Gang Intervention Program in the United States. For many of us, he is the Embodiment of what Christians have described Jesus Christ to be. The book is a collection of stories from his years of working with Gang Bangers, and it has special meaning to me because I know Greg Boyle personally, and I wish to emulate some of the successes of service to others that he has accomplished. I urge everyone to buy the book and be inspired by Los Angeles's own equivalent to Mother Theresa. The link to the book on Amazon.com is below:
